Léa Boutin is an associate in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.
She advises on mergers and acquisitions (listed and unlisted companies) and leveraged buy-outs in various industrial and financial sectors. In particular, she advises management on these transactions.
Léa holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from the University of Paris-Descartes and a Master of Science (MSc) in International Law and Management from ESCP Business School. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025.
