Roxane Bahloul is an associate in Gide's Employment Law team in Paris.

Roxane advises and litigates on individual and collective aspects of employment law for French and foreign clients. In this capacity, she regularly appears before various courts. She also regularly advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructuring operations.

She defends intermediation platforms in litigation brought by employees seeking to have their commercial contracts reclassified as employment contracts. Roxane also recently assisted a foreign client in drawing up and implementing an employment protection plan aimed at the complete and definitive cessation of its business in France.

She is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) (2018) and the Université Paris 1 - Panthéon-Sorbonne (2015). She was admitted to the Paris and New York Bars in 2019.
