Maëlys Apied Windal is an associate in Gide's "Employment law" team in Paris.

She advises both French and foreign companies on issues relating to collective and individual labour relations, and acts both as counsel and in litigation. She has developed particular expertise in employment litigation, especially collective disputes relating to strikes, complex procedures for informing and consulting staff representative bodies or disputes over the application of collective agreements.

Maëlys holds a Master II professional degree in Employment Relations Law and Practice from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
