Faten Anis is Counsel in Gide's "Structured Finance" team.
She advises lenders (credit institutions, multilateral institutions, insurance companies or debt funds) or borrowers (dedicated companies, French industrial and corporate groups, property companies or investment funds) on the structuring or restructuring of financing or refinancing transactions and the drafting and negotiation of the related contractual documentation.
Faten has worked on a wide range of asset finance transactions, including financing of the development or acquisition of real estate assets (hotels, shopping centers, offices, logistics assets, residential, etc.) as well as financing of infrastructure projects (concessions or PPPs) in particular in the transportation sector.
She holds a law degree from Paris II - Assas and Cairo University and an M2/MBA in Business Law and Management from Paris II. Faten has been a member of the Cairo Bar since 2015 and of the Paris Bar since 2017.
