Pierre Andriuzzi is an associate in Gide's "investment funds" team in Paris.
He assists management companies in structuring and raising private equity, venture capital and mezzanine funds, as well as in secondary transactions, and handles legal issues relating to the regulations applicable to asset management and investment firms.
Pierre recently assists financial institutions on the structuration of ELTIF funds as well as on the acquisition of management
Pierre holds a Master 2 in Banking and Finance Law (2019) from the University of Strasbourg. He has been a member of the Luxembourg and Paris Bars since 2024.
