Johanna Altit-Amar is an associate in Gide's "Employment law" team in Paris.

She advises and litigates on individual and collective labor law issues for French and foreign clients. Johanna also plays a key role in defending intermediation platforms in litigation initiated by drivers/courier personnel seeking employee status.

Johanna holds the EDHEC Sports Lawyer's Certificate, which gives her a wealth of knowledge to help professionals in the sports world, and she has been teaching employment law at Paris-Saclay University since 2020.

Johanna is a graduate of the Master II in Labour Law, Human Resources and Social Protection at the University of Paris-Saclay. She holds professional training certificates in employment law and amicable dispute resolution issued by HEDAC. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023.
