Mathilde Duhau, associate, is a member of the "Competition & International Trade" team at Gide in Paris.
Her practice focuses on French and European competition law, distribution law and consumer law. She advises and litigates before the competition authorities (mergers, cartels, abuse of dominant position) and the commercial courts (unfair competition, restrictive competition practices, contractual litigation, compensation claims).
She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (Masters in Economic Law). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2024.
